Mantel Decor

Halloween is only three weekends away!! 

I still don't know what everyone is dressing up as but we have been enjoying our Halloween mantel for sometime now! Yes before October 1st! Eek! 

I have loved having a faux mantel to decorate and dreaming up a chunkier white one for future decor ideas. Thanks to the hubby my decorations have a home! 

Now who would like to help me with figuring out costumes!?

Tuesday Evening

I snapped some fun pictures of our Tuesday evening and wanted to share them. I bought Kai his first soccer ball, we just signed him up and are super excited to watch this boy be active and learn to be part of a team. So naturally we HAD to open it up and get to playing. 

This AZ summer is finally cooling down just enough for us to have some outside fun! 

Some Happenings

I've been super MIA and neglecting this blog of mine! 

I took on a fourth day at work and been trying to get the house put together. All on top of taking care of the littles, who by the way have been super needy lately. 

Decided I needed to stop in and share a few of our happenings.

Blank Canvas

Happy August! 

It's been 2 weeks since move in and excited to share our unfinished home. 

Here are a few pictures of around the house. Very much a blank canvas. Nothing is quite in it's place and boxes are still all around. We are slowly adapting to this being "our" house and looking forward to making it a home! 

Lots of decorating is in our future, that is if I can come to terms with putting holes in the walls... Eekkk!

We Moved

We moved this weekend!!!

It was crazy, busy, hot, exhausting! 

Yet as far as moves go, I think this one was pretty quick and easy. Thanks to friends and family!! 

 Hey we own a home and the building process is over. 

Now comes the unpacking and organizing fun. 

Once things settle down I'll share some photos of inside, but for now we are just going to enjoy the home and gear up for a short staycation celebrating our anniversary!!
